Hi, I’m Casey!
Welcome to Encased With Love, I’m so glad you are here! My obsession with resin began in early 2020 as a hobby, and it wasn’t until March of 2021 that this passion turned into a business. My first projects were smaller, colorful items such as ocean coasters, keychains with personalization, trinket dishes, and dog tags… mainly for my family and friends. One of my best friends/florist asked if I had ever thought about preserving wedding flowers, and at that point I had not. Extensive research began, and I was lucky enough for her to also book my first two preservation projects (she’s a gem)! First, a ring holder, keychain, and picture frame, and then another order for my first 10 x 10 resin block. Go big or go home, right?
I LOVED IT! Instantly, I fell in love with the feelings of being able to create a gift with my own two hands that is beyond memorable, special, and meaningful. Brides can now look at their expensive wedding flowers for much longer than a day! Individuals who have lost a loved one can now have a precious piece of art to remind them of the good times. From then on, I have had the pleasure of shipping my art to several brides all over the US! The best part? All flowers are welcome! I’ve preserved bouquets, memorial flowers, break up/make up flowers, flowers that have been air dried for 7+ years, a corsage from a high school sweetheart, floral crowns, and the list goes on!
