Whether a wedding bouquet, flowers from the grocery store, a prom corsage, or flowers that you’ve had air-drying in your closet for several years, we are here to encase them! Choose your favorite preservation options, fill out an inquiry form, and we will send over a proposal to the email address provided. Once your deposit is received, your spot is secure and you will be officially added onto our calendar! We will also send you a list of tips on how to keep your gorgeous flowers in the most pristine condition for preservation once your wedding approaches (approx. 1-2 weeks prior).

We receive flowers from all over the United States! If you are not local to the Pompano Beach area/South Florida, you will receive detailed shipping instructions after you are fully booked. If you are local, we encourage you to drop off your bouquet to us! Pick-ups are no longer offered due to our overly packed schedule. We have also received flowers from Miami in an Uber, so that is another delivery option for locals. As long as your flowers arrive alive, we will save them! If you are the first bride in your state, your order will include 1 free mini ring holder :).

Your flowers have arrived safely, woohoo! Our drying method takes approx. 4-8 weeks and retains your flowers natural shape and color; however, not all flowers dry the same and not all flowers can be preserved. Some flowers change colors completely during the preservation process. Please see our FAQ page for more information on specific flowers, and if you have any other questions, shoot us an email before booking. If you have large flowers and order a tray, they will be dried flat if they don’t fit whole. If you don’t have any small blooms, your add-ons will be created with a petal design.

Now your flowers are fully preserved, completely dry, and extremely brittle. We will provide you with a list of photos showing the layout options for your Main Preservation piece ONLY. Again, your flowers are fully preserved at this time and are very delicate; therefore, we can only re-work your design a maximum of 3 times to avoid breakage/damage to your petals. If for any reason you do not love one of three designs, there will be a $25 fee for each additional option provided. We will sometimes ask general questions for your add-ons (ex: negative space or more packed with flowers, all coasters to have a similar design or all different), but your main piece(s) are the only item(s) that you will approve before pouring begins if you choose to do so.

As soon as the molds for your order are available and we have space on our table, we will begin to pour layers of resin over your flowers until they are all fully encased, with love! The timeline for this part of the process is difficult to estimate considering no two arrangements and/or orders will be exactly the same. When done properly, preserving flowers is a very lengthy process. We do not accept rush orders. Some items require extra sanding work and topcoats which will also lengthen this step. Our current estimated processing time is 30-40 weeks; however, this is an extreme estimate and we reserve the right to extend the deadline when necessary as written in our contract agreement. We have heard feedback that it’s worth the wait :)!

Your artwork is finally finished, HOORAY! From the time of completion, when the final layer has been poured, resin will continue to cure (harden) for a week at minimum. Once all of your items are fully cured, we throw on our photographer/videographer hats and have a full on photo shoot with your keepsakes. If you follow us on Instagram, there is a good chance you will see us dancing with your pieces in a “Reel” video (@encasedwithlove_). Your pieces are inspected several times, polished, and packed up with love! Items can be picked up or shipped back to any location within the United States. We strive for perfection, but please keep in mind that handmade items are never 100% flawless. Clarity and 99% bubble free are our goal!
