FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
How long until I receive my keepsakes?
Our current estimated processing time is 30-40 weeks; however, no two projects are identical and this is a very rough estimate. You may even get your items sooner than that :)! There are a lot of variables within this answer. If you are a client of ours, feel free to check in on your specific order status via email. We do not accept custom rush orders because it is just not possible. Stay tuned for our Ready-To-Ship collections in case you need a quick gift!
Will my flowers look identical preserved in resin as they do when fresh?
The drying method we use retains the color and shape of most flowers extremely well; however, they will never be identical. Red roses and other red flower species tend to dry a deep burgundy color instead of the bright red coloring they appear to be when fresh. White flowers dry from bright white to cream/beige/yellow. Succulents cannot dry due to their high water content. Anthurium dry copper/burnt orange regardless of their original color (still SO pretty). Hypericum berries come in so many gorgeous colors while fresh, but all of them equally shrivel up and dry black (I personally LOVE them in resin, but you may not). Monstera deliciosa leaves, also known as the swiss cheese plant, dry more of a brown tone than green (sometimes you get lucky!). A lot of tropical species dry darker due to their high water content. If you have any specific flower questions, shoot us an email and we can assist you with building an arrangement full of perfectly preserve-able flowers!
Do you accept refunds? Cancellations?
Due to the custom nature of resin artwork, we do not accept refunds. No exceptions. You may email us within 24 hours of receiving your keepsakes if there are any issues. Cancellations are accepted up until the day we receive your flowers, but your initial deposit is non-refundable. Our space is very limited and we turn down several clients due to our calendar being full. Please keep in mind - everything you see is hand crafted from start to finish, so perfect is honestly impossible (but we try)! Focus on the fact that your flowers would be gone the next day, right after your event, and now you get to cherish them for a much longer period of time and/or use functional items that hold your precious memories!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on distance, weight, and whichever US postal service you choose to utilize. We have seen boxes arrive with prices anywhere from $50.00 - $350.00. Detailed shipping instructions and tips on how to save out on shipping will be provided after you are fully booked and on our official calendar :). Shipping items back to you when finished is inexpensive as the items do not have to be sent overnight, and we have a membership that saves you 40-50% off of the normal postal rates.
